Godspoon

On Ifrax, there is a custom enchant called Godspoon, which is used as a combat enchantment on shovels (spoons).

On Ifrax shovels can also have sharpness, sweeping edge or any sword enchantment, making them a weapon in their own right.

When you attack a mob with a godspoon, the mob will be struck by lightning.

The godspoon also has one block more reach when in the main hand.

Godspoon also offers abilities like rings of lightning and shooting fireballs.

Obtaining Godspoon

To obtain the enchant, you can find it in chest loot very rarely, or perform the godspoon ritual.

To perform the godspoon ritual you must obtain a netherite block, place a trapdoor on top of it,

and right click the block with a netherite shovel enchanted with sharpness 5 (or smite or bane of arthropods 5), unbreaking 3, and mending.

The shovel will then be enchanted with godspoon.

Godspoon Abilities

Godspoon provides several powerful abilities:

• Lightning Ring: Summons lightning rings around the player when you sneak while holding a godspoon-enchanted item.
• Fireball: Shoots a fireball in the direction you're looking when you right click with a godspoon.

The abilities are disabled by default to avoid accidental activation.

You can toggle the godspoon abilities by using the menu in server settings in the pause menu, opening the menu with /toggle, or with /toggle [abilities] (true | false).
